ICCL Annual Postgraduate Research Conference 2019

The Institute of Commercial and Corporate Law (ICCL) at Durham University invites submissions from postgraduate research students and early career researchers for its Annual Postgraduate Research Conference themed “Commercial Law: New Challenges and Opportunities”.

This Conference is organised by postgraduate researchers chaired by academic specialists, and provides a fantastic opportunity for postgraduate students to practice their presentation skills, showcase their research, and obtain useful feedback in a friendly and supportive environment.

We welcome papers and posters in the broad area of commercial and corporate law. This includes but is not limited to commercial law, corporate law, corporate governance, contract law, competition law, investment law, law of banking and financial regulation, insolvency law, intellectual property, and law of taxation.

Successful applicants will be informed by 27 April 2019 and will need to submit the presentation slides 31 May 2019.

We will offer a limited amount of travel subsidies to successful applicants.
