Profile: Prof. HE Zhipeng is Ph.D. in law (Jilin University) and professor of law of Jilin University. He acts as standing council member of the Chinese Society of International Law,  standing council member of the China Society for Human Rights Studies, as well as Vice President of the China Society of International Economic Law.
